Our Philosophy
We believe eating should be enjoyable! We do NOT believe in ever feeling guilty when eating foods. We believe in treating yourself, not cheating. We understand life is surrounded around parties, fast food, pizza nights, and drinks on a beach or by a fire. That is what you’ll love about this program! There is nothing off limits! We believe in building a fitness program that are so enjoyable, you'll have no trouble sustaining it for weeks and years on end.
Simply put, we believe in giving you the tools to live happily and healthily ever after in your clothes, bathing suit, and selfies.

Most people will start hitting the gym, usually starting with cardio. The mindset is usually calories in and calories out. You’ll learn how you can have limited cardio, and not count your calories obsessively! You are about to meet your goals and beyond!
How it Works

Become a part of the private, M2M group for accountability and support. Review training materials to get you started.

Meet April
Hi, I’m April Meracle. Before I tell you how I lost 50 lbs, let me tell you about myself. I am a former medical device consultant in womens health, mom of two, and certified fitness coach.
I am passionate about empowering women with confidence through weight loss and weight management.
In addition to my fitness business, I have a passion for women's health! My purpose is to help women find their confidence and be successful in both career and life.
I have fluctuated with my weight my whole life. I have counted calories, points, containers, and always "failed". I would watch others eat treats, and wonder how they stay fit? I struggled mostly because every program was either too strict, or would tell me that the foods I liked were “junk” and “bad”. I created a program that allows real life eating and experiences, all the while becoming leaner! My goal is to reach as many women as possible to teach them how to treat themselves, and stop the negative self talk around "cheating" and "failing".
I forget what life was like before my two beautiful daughters. I have an 9-year-old daughter, Hunter, and a 7-year-old daughter, Piper. My youngest daughter was born, unexpectedly sick, and turned my life upside down. I gained so much weight, and was overwhelmed at a bunch of unknowns. In the end, I was able to get my life back on track with my own program. My daughters have changed my outlook and approach to life. They have taught me how important every day is.
In my spare time I enjoy any activity out in the sunshine! I live to be on the water, and we enjoy many days on our boat during the summer. My daughters and I love road trips to the mountains or the beach, as much as we can!
