The workout: EMOM 3 rounds each exercise. Perform each move for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds and repeat. Repeat for 3 rounds of each move. Then move to the next move EMOM.
deadman push up to W superman raise (altering moves with each rep)
Hip dive to deadlift (note: switch from one move to the other when you are returned to the upright position)
Overhead knee up (modification: standing knee up)
