Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
3/4 cup salsa, no sugar added
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 bell peppers
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°. Remove seeds from peppers and slice into 6 vertical slices. Cook turkey over medium heat and break up as it cooks. Combine turkey with spices and salsa. Evenly distribute the mixture into the bell peppers and sprinkle with cheese. Bake on a parchment lined sheet for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. If you like your peppers softer put about 1/2 water in baking dish, lay out peppers, and cover with foil
